I really enjoyed the great coffee and comfy beds during my stay. It was just a few steps from The Grand Venice Mall, making it super easy to grab a bite or do some shopping before heading out to explore City Park for a leisurely stroll.

Had a frustrating experience with lost property. I left my shawl in the room and the reception was not helpful in locating it after check-out. It took multiple calls and still no resolution. Was a bit disappointing since everything else was great.
